Red Pepper Hummus

Red Pepper Hummus

 

 

2 cans garbanzos, drained and rinsed

2 T. lemon juice

1 tsp each coriander & cumin

2 Tbsp tahini (or more)

1 12 oz. jar roasted red peppers, drained

1 T. garlic powder

1 T. onion powder

1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper

 

1/3 -1/2 cup additional water

salt to taste

 

Mix all in food processor until smooth.  Serve with toasted pitas.
