Whiskey Sour

Sour Mix:  (makes 4 large whiskey sours)

1 egg white

1 cup sugar

2 cups water

2 cups FRESH SQUEEZED lemon juice

Whisk egg until frothy.  Mix sugar, water and lemon juice.  Stir until sugar is completely dissolved.  Add to egg white. 

For whiskey sour:

1 ½ oz. whiskey (Mud recommends Wiser Deluxe)

8 oz. sour mix

Maraschino cherries, orange slices.

Put a cherry and orange slice in the bottom of a highball glass.  Add whisky, ice and sour mix.
