| 2-4 pound boneless pork loin roast3 tablespoons dill seed
 1 tablespoon fennel seed
 1/2 teaspoon oregano
 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

 Cooking Directions
 Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine seasonings together and coat roast with
mixture. Roast in a shallow pan for 45 minutes-1 hour, until internal
temperature reads 150-155 degrees F. Let roast rest 5-10 minutes before slicing
to serve.
  Traditionally served with
mashed potatoes, lima beans and stewed tomatoes.
